Saturday afternoon, my dad dropped me off at a friend’s for a sleepover. With two other friends, the four of us watched two movies and talked, caught up on stuff. See, the three of them are in the same high school; I’m not. Anyway, it was great catching up and getting to see them. 🙂 We stayed up until 3 am and I finally saw the ending of a movie I started way back in JULY!
The two movies I saw at the sleepover are 8 mile and Romeo + Juliet, the movie I’ve waited to finish since July. My friends were kinda disappointed with 8 mile and I don’t get why. Then again, they don’t speak English and even with the French subtitles, they probably couldn’t appreciate it as much as they would if they spoke English. Just a theory. They mentioned the movie being too long and boring, with not enough plot.
“Hmm… I have some serious plotting to do tomorrow. I must figure out the middle part of novel. Is it crazy that I’m looking forward to driving myself insane with plotting and papers and pens and chaos? It’s gonna be fun, kinda.”
“I’m slowly realizing that this novel I’m writing, is very complicated to plot and write. So it’s more like I’m attempting to write it. Here’s hoping I succeed.”
