I did a test on blogthings.com (I think that’s the site) and it determines what age you act. According to it, I act like a nineteen year old. I’m only fourteen. But it’s true, since September last year, the beginning of the school year, I’ve matured.
So has my writing. I had started writing when I was ten, but it wasn’t anything serious. And I never finished the stories. I kept this up until finally… I got serious. I realized my over-active imagination could be controlled through writing. This break-through was in December.
Before, my imagination…, it got me into trouble. But now, all that excess is directed at my stories.
My friends don’t understand how I find time to write so much AND read so much. They barely have time to relax.
They also can’t keep up with my stories, Rosaleen’s reaction was “You’ve started another story? And you wrote 11 000 words on your first story? Wait… You’re writing four stories?”
She doesn’t even have time to check her emails.
She also writes and has finally started a new story, it’s really good. But, as per usual, she won’t put it on fiction press. She doesn’t believe me when I tell her it would get loads of reviews.
Anyway, enough rambling.
I’ll do the test again so I can get the html code and paste it here.
